Thanks to Dharmindher, Greeny and team, who went above and beyond towards successfully sorting my in-laws Australian vistor visa. My in-laws were in NZ with us on a visit. During this time we as a family decided to migrate from Auckland to Perth with 4 kids. I approached Dharmindher regarding getting a AU Visitor visa for my in-laws. He was very accommodating and gave us the confidence even though there was many obstacles especially sorting the right documents for visa application , he will make sure that he will try his best in every way. The team was very friendly too with timely right guidance although we need to remind them couple of times. But at the end all worked out for us. Our in-laws got their visas and was able to migrate with us from NZ to AU. A Great effort by the team towards a successful outcome !

Never had this much trouble with a job. Following problems:1) because of their incompetence I could only start work 4 days later. Lost heaps of money and time2) paid 3 dollars less an hour than promised3) told me induction we're paid, turnes out they are not4) paid my full wage on my super. Called payroll literally 11 times and haven't talked to anyone, mails unanswered,...To top it all off, when I complain about all this and tell them (not that friendly) to fix the problems they created I'm the one getting fired by them.I have never had any problems with an employer or recruitment agency in 12 years of working and Hays has been a nightmare.

Extremely professional service offered by Trinity and Andrea. Highly recommended. Found the social media marketing to be extremely worthwhile even though I thought I knew a lot about it I learned even more! I love that they don't charge for absolutely everything either which showed me they genuinely care about the outcome of their clients. Great value and worth ever cent.
