Never had this much trouble with a job. Following problems:1) because of their incompetence I could only start work 4 days later. Lost heaps of money and time2) paid 3 dollars less an hour than promised3) told me induction we're paid, turnes out they are not4) paid my full wage on my super. Called payroll literally 11 times and haven't talked to anyone, mails unanswered,...To top it all off, when I complain about all this and tell them (not that friendly) to fix the problems they created I'm the one getting fired by them.I have never had any problems with an employer or recruitment agency in 12 years of working and Hays has been a nightmare.

HAYS offers a fantastic service which is fast, effective and efficient. Have tried some others but communication is scarce and there isn’t as much of a care factor (which the HAYS representative always displays). I would recommend to anyone curious what other opportunities are out there.

Hopeless. Can never find me work up North, despite having job advertisements all over the net for the same very role I'm doing? The consultants stop responding to calls/emails when they can't find you anything, terrible customer service and communication. If you can't find me work or don't want to find me work, just tell me.

The worst agency out there, do not use! Consistently Don't answer your phone calls and emails when your just after a update, Consultants organise a phone interview and doesn't call. A complete lack of communication and customer service even had someone laugh and hang up on me. Complete waste of time and effort.

They try sneaking into your own personal search for employment by downloading a copy of your resume and CV and sending it through their company to businesses assuming that if you accept a job which you hadn’t personally applied for they’ll get paid for their ghost work. Practically a hidden third party stealing money by copywrite.

I had a very bad experience with Hays, they never answer your emails and calls, even when they contact you and you take the time to answer them, they don't. I'm not sure if all of them, but at least David Chilalama is very bad, he promises you shifts and then he doesn't answer your calls HORRIBLE
